At Cloud Picker Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and unopened accessories within 14 days of delivery.

Email our support desk with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that roasted coffee cannot be returned once opened due to food safety regulations.
Ship the Item
Send your package back to our Dublin roastery using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival for processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
